"Self liner notes"

What I wanted to do for a long time was finally shaped into a work.
I've been accumulating ideas for small songs for many years, and developed the concept from one of those ideas, leading to this work.
I formed Dorian Alien this year with Bamboo Flute player Riki Yokosuka, and I feel that the sound of Bamboo Flute and Japanese Taiko has become an original work mixed with jazz music.

This time, we did all the composition, recording, PV filming, and jacket production by ourselves, and Dorian Alien's thoughts and personalities are now packed into the this single.

The theme of the work is "holiday, delusion, reality, ideal".
I hope this single will become the listener's daily energy.

We will continue to produce original works as Dorian Alien.

I was able to create a single with originality such as sound, music and fashion.

The demo source sent from Yamato Shoji is a very beautiful melody and I thought it would be a song that matches Japanese instruments.

It’s fun to play this music with the Bamboo Flute. (lol) Well, there are many difficult phrases. ..
I hope you enjoy the new world of music with a Japanese taste!

For the PV costumes, we walked around Shimokitazawa and secondhand clothing stores in Kichijoji and found them. On the day before. Is it the first time for each other to wear such flashy clothes?
How do I look? (lol)

It may be difficult to do LIVE at this time, but I hope that we can do our best to deliver the music.

"セルフライナーノーツ"［日本語］

ずっと前からやりたかったことがようやく形となり作品に出来ました。
何年も前から小さな曲のアイディアを溜め続け、そのアイディアの１つから構想を発展させ、今回の作品に至りました。篠笛奏者の横須賀梨樹と今年Dorian Alienを結成し、篠笛のサウンドと太鼓のサウンドがジャズの音楽とミックスしたオリジナルな作品になったと感じています。

今回は、作曲・レコーディング・PV撮影やジャケット制作まで全て自分たちで行い、Dorian Alienとしての思いや個性が作品に詰まったものになりました。

作品のテーマは「休日・妄想・現実・理想」といった感じです。
このシングルがリスナーの毎日のエネルギーになったらいいなと思っております。

今後もDorian Alienとしてオリジナリティのある作品を制作していきます。

サウンド、楽曲、ファッションなど、オリジナリティあるsingleを作ることができました。

和から送られてきたデモ音源は、とても美しいメロディで和楽器が活きる曲になると思いました。
いざ篠笛で吹いてみると、まぁ楽しいこと。（笑）まぁ、難しいフレーズ盛り沢山なんですけど。。
日本のテイストが入った新しい音楽の世界をお楽しみいただければと思います！

PVの衣装は自分らで下北沢や吉祥寺の古着屋を歩き回り見つけました。前日に。お互いこんなに派手な服着たの初めてかな？似合ってますか？笑


このご時世、LIVEを行うことも難しかったりしますが、そんな中でも自分たちの出来る限りのことをして、音楽をお届けできればなと思っています。
